TORONTO (November 30, 2009) – The Burroughes Holiday Pop-Up Shop, a temporary retail space spotlighting the best in Toronto design, launches this Thursday, December 3 with an exclusive piano performance by Todor Kobakov. Kobakov and his solo album Pop Music have been celebrated by music critics and audiences and he’s composed string arrangements for Stars, Emily Haines and Sara Slean.
Industrial designer David Chang’s holiday windows will also be revealed on opening night. Shop women’s clothing from Carrie Hayes, Mercy and Poa Studio plus jewelry and accessories by SOOS, le Petit Beret, Susana Erazo and Kvell & Co.
